Could be a 10 with some minor fixes. Positive: Great Lake views with access to the lakeside dock. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked equipment wise for cooking. Negative: Outdoor areas not up to par for the property. Lots of spiderwebs and dust, wicker furniture was fraying. Unfortunately the lovely skylight over the primary bed was taken over by pigeon remnants. Two bedrooms lacked hanging closets and bedside tables.
