Positive: Location was nice and quiet. Negative: Lacking in some simple amenities: Kleenex, shower soap and/or shampoo; any sort of dining table or place to eat (indoors in the winter time); shoe rack, coat rack, hooks, dresser/drawers, really anywhere to put clothes and personal things.
